TERMS OF USE OF THE PRZYSTAŃ No. 18 APARTMENTS

1. At check-in, the Guest renting the apartment is obliged to provide the staff with a form of photo identification confirming the identity of the Guest. In case the Guest refuses to show the document in an appropriate manner, the staff is obliged to refuse to issue a key to the apartment.
2. By beginning the stay, the Guest accepts the terms of use.
3. The Guest receives a set of keys to the apartment and a remote control for the entrance gate at the beginning of the stay and is obliged to return the set upon the end of the stay.
4. In case the keys are lost, the Guest is obliged to cover the cost of 500 PLN.
5. Apartments are rented for minimum 2 days.
6. A hotel day lasts from 3 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM on the day of departure.
7. In case the Guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on arrival, it will be considered to the extent possible.
8. The Guest renting the apartment may not transfer the apartment to others, even if the day for which they paid has not passed.
9. Persons not checked in to the apartment may stay from 8 AM to 10 PM. Stay of persons not checked in to the apartment after 10 PM is tantamount to the Guest agreeeing to a chargeable additional accommodation of these persons in the room. The additional accommodation of each person will be made according to the price list.
10. Children under 13 years old must be supervised by adults at all times during their stay.
11. Children's legal guardians are responsible for children's behavior, including any damage or harm done.
12. Path to the beach entrance No. 13 and 14: Use of direct exit from the facility at Guests’ own risk.
13. Use of barbecue equipment, preparation of a campfire is allowed only in designated areas.
14. It is forbidden to smoke tobacco and/or fry fish inside the apartments and rooms. Violation of this restriction is tantamount to the Guest agreeing to cover the cost of dearomatization of the apartment in the amount of 800 PLN.
15. Use of bedding items or towels contrary to their intended use (e.g., for wiping muddy shoes, wiping the floor, taking to the beach, wiping makeup), is prohibited. The discovery that the bedding/towels were used contrary to their intended use is equivalent to a damage on the part of the Przystań No. 18 in an amount equal to the cost of purchase and delivery of a new towel/new bedding and will be taken from the deposit.
16. Guests are obliged to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM of the following day.
17. During the quiet hours, Guests and persons using the services of the facility are obliged to behave in such a manner that it does not in any way disrupt the stay of others.
18. The Guest shall bear full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and devices of the facility caused by him or their visitors.
19. For reasons of fire safety, the use of heaters and other electrical appliances, which are not equipment of the facility, is forbidden in the apartments and other premises. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment.
20. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use any form of open flame in rooms and other premises.
21. Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should check whether the door is closed and locked.
22. It is forbidden to move equipment of the facility from apartment to apartment.
23. The liability of the facility for loss of or damage to items brought by the Guest to the facility is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
24. The facility is not responsible for damage to or loss of cars or other vehicles belonging to Guests.
25. The facility shall provide services in accordance with its standards. In the event of complaints about the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the staff which will enable a response.
26. Before leaving the apartment, the Guest should: - turn off the taps; - close the windows; - turn off the devices that consume electricity (lights, TV, stovetop).
27. In case of violation of these Terms of Use, the facility may refuse to provide further services to the offending person. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the staff, to pay for the services provided so far and to pay for any damage and destruction done, and to leave the premises.
28. The facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during their previous stay, grossly violated the Terms of Use, causing damage to the property of the facility or Guests or personal injury to Guests, employees or other persons staying in the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peace.
29. In case the stay is shortened through no fault of the facility, the facility will not refund the cost of the stay.
30. No pets are allowed in the apartments or on the premises.
31. Approximately half an hour before the planned departure, the Guest must inform the staff in order to complete check-out.
32. The sauna is available free of charge.
33. Deck chairs are rented free of charge for Guests who present apartment cards; in case the equipment is lost, damaged or destroyed, Guests bear financial responsibility (200 PLN per item) which will be deducted from the deposit.
