I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The parking lot at the Przystań No. 18 Apartments, hereinafter referred to as the “Parking Lot,” consists of parking spaces and internal roads located next to the building.
2. The Parking Lot is an unguarded, unlocked area intended exclusively for temporary parking of vehicles belonging to authorized persons, hereinafter referred to as “Users.”
3. Information boards and signs located within the parking lot are an integral part of these regulations.
Users are required to strictly comply with the information provided and the instructions of the facility administrators.
4. The Parking Lot is partially monitored by CCTV, and the camera recordings may be made available only to authorized authorities upon their request.
5. Entering the Parking Lot means acceptance of these regulations and an obligation to comply with them.
6. Information on the terms of use and possible fees is available from the facility administrator.
II. PARKING LOT TERMS OF USE
1. Traffic rules in accordance with the provisions of the Traffic Code apply in the Parking Lot.
2. Use of the Parking Lot is permitted only for guests of Przystań No. 18 Apartments – after prior agreement with the administration.
3. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking spaces. Occupying spaces marked as “reserved” without the consent of authorized persons is prohibited.
4. In the event of improper parking (blocking the passage, occupying someone else's space), the administrator has the right to have the vehicle towed away at the User's expense or to put a wheel clamp on it.
III. RESTRICTIONS IN THE PARKING LOT
The following are prohibited:
a) smoking and using open flames,
b) consuming alcohol and smoking tobacco,
c) transferring fuels, corrosive, explosive, or toxic substances;
d) storing fuels and fuel containers,
e) refueling vehicles,
f) leaving vehicles with the engine running,
g) parking vehicles with visible leaks,
h) unauthorized persons being present in the parking lot,
i) staying in the parking lot longer than necessary to drop off or pick up a vehicle,
j) leaving animals in the vehicle,
k) performing maintenance activities (washing, vacuuming, repairs, fluid replacement);
l) littering the parking lot.
IV. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS
1. Przystań No. 18 Apartments is not responsible for damage, loss of a vehicle or property resulting from the fault of the User, third parties, or force majeure.
2. In particular, it shall not be liable for:
a) items left inside the vehicle,
b) theft of the vehicle,
c) damage caused by random events,
d) accidents and collisions,
e) damage caused by third parties.
3. The User is required to have valid vehicle liability insurance.
4. The User is liable for any damage caused to third parties on the parking lot premises, as well as for contamination or damage to the parking lot infrastructure.
5. Traffic damage should be settled under the responsible party's liability insurance.
6. All incidents, collisions, and damage must be reported immediately to the facility administrator.
7. In the event of a violation of these regulations, the administrator is entitled to:
– call law enforcement,
– order the vehicle to be towed at the owner's expense,
– install a wheel clamp.
