INTERNET ACCESS TERMS OF USE

1. Under these Terms of Use, Przystań 18 Apartments provides access to Internet (WiFi service).
2. Wi-Fi is available free of charge to all guests checked in at the Przystań 18 Apartments.
3. The Przystań 18 Apartments does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical conditions or other reasons affecting the quality of data transmission. The speed of transmission may be subject to limitation, which may result in delays in the actual transfer of data to and from the user's mobile device.
4. Use of the Wi-Fi service is made by connecting a mobile device to the wireless network available at the Przystań 18 Apartments. Users shall, on their own and at their own expense, ensure that their mobile devices can be used, that they are protected from unauthorized access by third parties, that they are equipped with appropriate anti-virus software and that the devices are compatible with the Wi-Fi service. In order to connect a device to the wireless network, the mobile device must be equipped with a Wi-Fi radio device that complies with the 802.11b/g standard.
5. The Wi-Fi service allows HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443) using at least standard web browsers. For security and network performance reasons, the availability of all network services is not guaranteed.
6. Przystań No. 18 Apartments may, in special cases, provide users with technical support in the configuration of mobile devices and use of the Wi-Fi service.
7. Users are required to use the Wi-Fi service in a manner consistent with the law and good morals and not to pose a threat to network security.
8. A User may be deprived of the use of WiFi service in case of actions inconsistent with these Terms of Use, in particular in case of:
• attempting to access network resources to which the user is not authorized
• attempts to bypass security measures used for wireless access (i.e., changing the IP address assigned by the DHCP server, using tunnels, etc.)
• sharing and downloading copyrighted materials (software, movies, music, etc.) from the web without the permission of the creators
• use of P2P applications
• further signal sharing through the use of repeaters, routers, proxies, etc.
• running service servers on devices connected to hot-spot points
• other activities that could be considered potentially dangerous to the operation of the network and the users on it
9. Any malfunctions and complaints about the Wi-Fi service should be reported to the reception or administration of the Przystań 18 Apartments.
10. Beginning to use the Wi-Fi service is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
11. These Terms of Use are effective as of 2024-05-01
